First post. First words. First steps. Life is full of firsts. Ever got that scary hollow feeling in the pit of your stomach as you faced a new challenge? One that felt like you were stepping out on what seemed like a flimsy tightrope suspended over a slithering pit of snakes? No? Perhaps that example is a little too extreme, but you catch my meaning.

Firsts are scary. But firsts are also amazingly awesome… because you never know where they will lead. Like this post. I’ve no idea who is going to read it. Maybe I will be the only person who ever reads it. Maybe there will be just two other people who read it. Or maybe hundreds. There is no way to know in adavance. If you don’t take a chance, you don’t stand a chance at having anything happen.
